While we love grappling and jiu-jitsu, we also have a love of all things in the world of self defense and personal protection. I often say, \"Jiu-Jitsu was made for fighting.\" And I think a lot of BJJ guys kinda forget that nowdays. Our discussions and guests will also enter the world of weapons, combative type training, and mentality beyond the mat room.
